This Site is operated by ApostleRentals.com, LLC (hereinafter "APR”). Reservations made prior to 2-5-19 must abide by the Policy, Terms, & Conditions at the time customer made the reservation. “APR” owns and manages its own units on this site as well as manages units for other owners of Vacation Rental Accommodations in Bayfield, Wisconsin.
When you make your online reservation with us at www.apostlerentals.com, we will detail the charges in a confirmation email to you. After you receive confirmation, for security purposes, please text us the security code on your credit card to 715-371-0171 along with your first & last name.
When you make your online reservation with a partner site such as www.VRBO.com, they will charge you a service fee. We do not charge a service fee at the APR website.
reservation response requirements
After making your reservation, we email you a door code & rental information. Please email us with first & last names of all of your guests to firstname.lastname@example.org, as required by Wisconsin Guest Registration Statute DHS 195.16.
additional information about Bayfield
Customers who make a reservation with us will be offered an app with information about Bayfield, through VRBO.com where we advertise; you may unsubscribe at any time. From time to time we email out information on Bayfield; again you may unsubscribe at any time.
Sorry no pets allowed at the accommodations. (The owner’s dogs Chester and Oscar may be at The Pilot House B & B on rare occasion and only in common areas and accompanied by owners.)
damage or theft
Customers are liable for damage or theft at any of the properties.
check-in / check-out
Check-in: 4:00 PM or after. Check-out: By 10:00 AM. Sorry, no early check-ins or late departures.
Janitorial & towel service is performed after your stay or after 7 days whichever comes first.
deposit / final payment
At the time of reservation we will take a deposit of 50% depending upon accommodation; the balance will be charged to your card 10 days before arrival.
cancellations / refunds
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of 100% of the amount they’ve paid. If customer cancels between 14-30 days before check-in, they will receive 50%. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund. No shows will be charged the entire amount of the reservation including sales tax. We recommend you purchase travel insurance if you cannot afford to lose a portion of your deposit. We have a very short season and this is why we must adhere to our strict cancellation & refund policy.
how to cancel
If you booked on a partner site such as VRBO, or others, you will have to request cancellation through those partner sites. If you booked through our website www.ApostleRentals.com you may cancel by emailing us at email@example.com; include your first & last name, accommodation you had reserved, and dates of the reservation.
discount for subsequent stays
Customers who cancel, or Customers who stay with us, will receive a code by email for 10% off their next stay as long as it is within 1 year of the previous stay dates.
